From there I handle preparation, marketing, showings, negotiations and the paperwork — and I keep you informed at every step. I have guided families through straightforward sales and through difficult ones, including estate and contingent sales, with the same patience and attention.
Relocation
Relocating families need more than listings — they need a local guide. Because I was raised in the San Fernando Valley and still live here, I can walk you through the character of each community, the drive times, and the practical details that matter once you arrive. I coordinate the timing between your current home and your new one, and I am available in English or Spanish throughout.
